Digital Agriculture and Agri-food Innovation

The University of Seville has launched the Master of Digital Agriculture and Agri-Food Innovation. This new Master aims to train professionals in new agricultural technologies that companies in this sector need to lead projects in Precision agriculture and digital transformation.
Master students will have the opportunity to training in the use of the latest technologies applicable to the agri-food sector: sensors, Big Data, Machine Learning, mechatronics, remote sensing, drones, robotics, programming, 3D printing, smart irrigation, etc. The contents are divided into eight thematic modules, each one coordinated by a reference specialist from both, the academic and the business, worlds.
In the Master, Dr. Salomón Montesinos will teach an applied lesson, based on its global experiences in the implementation of the SMART methodology in precision agriculture: Integrating systems for the intelligent management of irrigation.
